Nick Bostic is a licensed PA Realtor® focused on serving clients and properties in the Southern Central part of the state, but even more-so in York, Adams, and Lancaster Counties. Nick’s commitment to his real estate business shows in the level of service he delivers to every client. While PA licensees are only required to complete 14 hours of Commission-approved continuing education every two years, Nick has enrolled and continues to enroll in additional designation and certification programs offered by the National Association of Realtors®. These programs have granted holdings such as the ABR® Designation (Accredited Buyer’s Representative) and RENE Certification (Real Estate Negotiation Expert) to Nick.
Having the opportunity to guide buyers and sellers through real estate transactions has been a great pleasure. Real estate has been a personal interest of mine for quite some time, so educating clients on a daily basis makes the experience that much better.
