Nick went above and beyond meeting our needs and being available at any time we needed him. Being a first-time home buyer, we had a lot of questions, and if he didn't know the answer, he found the answer for us. The market was very competitive at the time, and he helped us to stand out against other offers when putting in an offer on our house. Nick was awesome. My favorite thing about Nick was his availability. Always answered my calls and returned texts promptly. Nights, weekends, and holidays, it didn't matter; he was always available. I knew he had other clients, but he made me feel like I was his only and number 1 client.
