Nick was awesome. My favorite thing about Nick was his availability. Always answered my calls and returned texts promptly. Nights, weekends, and holidays, it didn't matter; he was always available. I knew he had other clients, but he made me feel like I was his only and number 1 client. Also, he explained all the real estate verbiage that I didn't understand and broke it down so that I could understand it. Highly recommend.
