My daughter wanted to purchase a house, but she had a very small budget making it very challenging in this market to buy a home. Nick and his team were amazing. First he had us contact a loan officer, Wendy Landis, with CMG Home Loans to see what she qualified for. Wendy was also amazing and knowledgeable and knew the ins and outs of getting a loan on a small budget. Then the search for a home started.
